Für die App Framed! Murder Mystery Party

In der App — sofort erledigt
- Framed! öffnen.
- Auf dem Startbildschirm findest du unten deine Kontokarte mit deiner E-Mail-Adresse.
- Dort auf Konto löschen tippen — das Personensymbol mit Minus, direkt neben „Abmelden“.
- Die Rückfrage lesen und mit Endgültig löschen bestätigen.
Die Löschung geschieht sofort. Es gibt keine Wartezeit, und niemand muss sie erst freigeben.
Ohne die App
Wenn du die App nicht mehr installiert hast, schreib an delete@velstra.io — von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich angemeldet hast. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen es dir.

| Zahlungsbelege | Bei unserem Zahlungsdienstleister Stripe. Handels- und Steuerrecht verlangen die Aufbewahrung von Buchungsbelegen für 10 Jahre (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). Wir können diese Belege nicht löschen; sie enthalten Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Kaufbetrag. |
| Fall-Texte an die KI | Zum Schreiben eines Falls gehen dein Wunschtext und die Vornamen der Runde an Anthropic. Anthropic speichert Anfragen befristet zur Missbrauchserkennung und nutzt sie nicht zum Training. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist verschwinden sie dort automatisch. |

Nur einzelne Daten löschen
Vorbereitete Abende kannst du einzeln entfernen, ohne dein Konto aufzugeben: „Vorbereitete Abende“ öffnen und beim jeweiligen Abend auf das Papierkorbsymbol tippen.
Delete your account and data

In the app — done immediately
- Open Framed!.
- On the home screen you will find your account card at the bottom, showing your email address.
- Tap Delete account there — the person icon with a minus, right next to “Sign out”.
- Read the confirmation and confirm with Delete for good.
Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and nobody has to approve it first.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, write to delete@velstra.io — from the email address you signed up with. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you.
What gets deleted

What stays — and for how long

| Payment records | With our payment provider Stripe. German commercial and tax law require accounting records to be kept for 10 years (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). We cannot delete these records; they contain name, email address and amount paid. |
| Case text sent to the AI | To write a case, your brief and the first names of your group are sent to Anthropic. Anthropic retains requests for a limited period for abuse detection and does not use them for training. They are removed automatically when that period ends. |
| Server logs | Access logs with no account reference, deleted after 30 days. |
Deleting only some data
You can remove prepared evenings individually without giving up your account: open “Prepared evenings” and tap the bin icon on the evening you want gone.
